The bids start at $5000 and up , and most are sold between $5000 and $30000 . All of our Mentorships include Auction Access, but this product is Auction Only registration. It doesn't include detailed analysis on what properties to buy only gains you entry. Our Mentees have all been successful in finding deals.

Since these properties are usually in hazardous conditions, we need to ensure that our bidders are capable of completing large-scale projects. Applicants must demonstrate rehab experience. Rehabbing a vacant house is a large financial undertaking with acquisition costs, renovation costs, and so on. Applicants must demonstrate at least $90,000 in liquid assets per property. This can include bank accounts, lines of credit, retirement accounts, equity in owned properties, private investors, etc. ( WE HELP WITH THIS )

No Refunds, however if you want to join the mentorship at a later date will credit $2000 towards the price of your Mentorship.
